Can anyone explain how substitution works, must both riders be at number collection or can the new rider do it on his own

The new rider can do it on his own.

Race is around the corner! My first Cullinan Trailseeker 70km!

Have any of you ridden it before? What can one expect from the route?

Nice single track? technical?

Cant wait!

Not technical at all if last year's route is anything to go by. The only exception is when you go through the kloof section which if you're at the back of the field you end up walking due to congestion.

You may even see some lion en route!

So a 43.67 race index gets a C and me with a 34.32 gets a D??????

Come on SA Seeding......

I'm in C for the 70km - race index 32.4

Can I do number collection at the venue?

I know they're trying to discourage it, but I can't get away from work today.

Has anyone picked up their bags yet? What's in it? (Except for the obligatory maggi stew mix - has anyone actually ever tried one of those?)
