Strawberry shortbread, red berry coulis and homemade honey icecream.

I pamper my family too much.

Does that mean you bought the ice-cream machine?

Not yet (hopefully that happens tomorrow) I spent a fun filled evening opening the freezer and whisking like a demon.

I'm open to negotiation on some kind of swap deal with our oldest going the other way.

Dependent on you promising to do better at school that the current make and model we have.

I had freshly caught Red Roman last night. Doused in flour and fried whole, served with a roasted green bean and cherry tomato salad.

Dinner last night was homemade juicy lucy's and sweet potato wedges with dipping sauces.

I was busy, so i took the easy way out and used pre made patties.

Its a burger.

But you take one thin patty and place cheese and toppings in the centre, then put another thin patty on top and seal it and then cook.

I made peppadew and feta, as well as cheese and jalapeno.

Had scotsman bream and some slinger for dinner on Saturday - also fresh, but on the fire with garlic, rosemary and sundried tomato, also did some prawns on the barbie with lemon and garlic butter ... yum.

Also made some "Pad Pizza" last week with the kiddos:

Take un unsliced white bread and cut a hole in it, a la Bunny chow style

Break the bread into small chunks and mix with a bag of Simba chips of your favourite flavor and a can of tuna in oil (with the oil) as well as some mayo and tomato sauce. Scoop all of this back into the hollow:

Place it back into the bag, and put it into at least three more shopping bags. Then drive over it, preferably several times:

Eat it next to the road with your hands :)
