ok so op my listy het ek sover:

 

Flaxseed(op ge tjop)

Walnuts

Pecan nuts

Cinnamon (maak 'n tee van 1 stokkie)

Cranberries or Goji berries

 

wat nog?

Dont forget Woolies' Belgian chocolate Ice-cream

greenpower (in health shops)

cacao nibs (one of the highest place anti oxidants acc to orax scale)

full cream milk, double cream yogurt, steak with fat, chicken with the skin, macadamia nut (most fat, least amount of carbs), fish! the more fat in the fish the better (like Salmon), butter!!! plenty of it!
