what's wrong with living with a bond? I'm sorry but if you paid yours off because you're scared of the bank ripping you off then you don't understand much about gearing beyond chainrings

To how many gear inches have you stretched you bond?

Watch the last week and a half of the Tour then spend 3 days in Paris afterwards.

But have you been to the Tour de China first?? Surely you can't go to the REAL Tour de France where the REAL brand bikes all made in China compete??? Why would you want to go watch a bunch of 'morons' ALL riding on the same overpriced bikes wearing the genuine overpriced clothing sporting only genuine sunglasses and other accessories? This makes no sense??

Chinese clothing = crap, according to general uninformed consensus. I buy Chinese clothing. So you telling me my taste in clothing is crap. Personal, plenty.

Anyway.

Dude, it's a simple solution, if you did not want to veer off in the direction of chinese rubbish and knockoffs, you should not have made your first comment in this topic.

You want to be a cheapskate, cool.

Others want to waste their money, cool.

Just leave them be instead of opening the door for yet another futile feud.

Juts now this turns in to breeding or nor breeding, religion and black and white babies.

I wouldn't be surprised if you wear cowboy hats, khaki shorts and fellies, I simply wouldn't know.

If this is the case however, perhaps it's then a difference in taste issue, some like fashionable stuff and others enjoy looking like hillbilly's.

As they say, it's in the breeding.

'he' can save even more money by disabling voice mail on the cell and stay at home (and off the hub) ;)

Saving even more money and service and wash those 11 chinese blanks / SC-Works bicycles, he can.

you are a nice person........

Being a cheapskate is not an insult, it's a way of life.

It's the same as someone buying a Sanyo hi-fi system and then jumping all over the guys who buy decent kit.

The guys with the decent kit are connoisseurs and informed, the Sanyo guy is a cheapskate.

I think everyone jumped down his throat because he was the first to throw a stone. You cannot throw stones and not expect someone to throw one back.. lol... Maybe the cheapskate comment is not just because of any one particular post. I think there is a lot of history of bad posts/opinions being taken into consideration here.

Wow the logic baffles.....so you are saying that if a person buys a 2nd tier product even if they can afford a high end product they are a cheapskate? Thats like saying to someone that buys a high end product that they are arrogant snobs. WTF? Have you ever heard of the value equation? Let me help you out a bit "when a customers expectations are met or exceeded at what they consider a reasonable price, VALUE is realised."

Hi my name is Michael, I am a cheapskate, uninformed and clearly not a connoisseur.............
