My best mate decided to jump back on a borrowed dh bike for the fist time in 13 odd years and he won the sports class and came 11th overall , Sean32 you are a legend my bud , well done .

 

Next stop Worlds masters for him .

 

Cant wait to see him run that course .

Good to hear. It's great to get all the old toppies psyched on riding DH again (in Gauteng), the racing is merely an added bonus and a prelude to a well earned beer :thumbup: .

 

The Cascades track is in another league to our tracks up here, but it's gonna be real fun. Can't wait!

Thanks my Boy it was great to be back on the Hill After 13yrs off. Thank god i got a better bike for Masters. Then its just up to me.

 

SUPER MIl That beer always tastes sweater after a good run on a real DH course.

Did you ride Helderkruin? How was it?

 

Missed it unfortunately. Busy house hunting and I had to view a property quite urgently. This after my helmet was delivered on Friday night and I got extra bits and pieces on Saturday to ensure I'd be ready to rock drop & roll.

Thought I recognised you! .... I remember you from the quarry days and Sabie nationals as well!

he is easy to recognise DD , he has not changed one bit , not even put on any weight . here we are trying so hard to get into shape for worlds and he just shows up and pics up where he left off
