DJR Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Haha. Yeah my beetle is probably the closest I'll get to a 356 myself...Besides for a 68 Beetle, I did a ground up restoration of a 60 Kamann Ghia. Great fun and a lovely car, much more drivable than the Beetle. With a 1600 twinport motor and some good carbs, it ran much like a 356. These old pics brought back very fond memories. Stretch Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 (edited) I'm as far from a car lover as you'll get... But if a karmann Ghia came on my radar I would spend a bit of cash to get it...
