I love the very concise explanations some of you give to the original question.

What is that old saying about a stupid question, deserves a stupid answer.

So yes at the OP ,it can be done.

Get yourself and your bike caught in the wheels and your goal would be achieved.

Lift up his wipers at the next robot...

You will need flat pedals to bunny hop high enough to be able to reach a truck's wipers...

My question is, clearly the legal route of complaints/charges do not work, are there good ways to disable trucks or buses when stationary or moving slowly that would make the owners/drivers think twice when they try to run cyclists over?

Yes, ride on gravel roads where there aren't trucks

stay out of their way, look behind you regulartly, and on a busy road pull over until it has passed. You have to realise that the most brainless of brainless are employed as truck drivers, from Zim, Moz etc with little pay and little training. Heard a report a while ago these guys don't even train the drivers properly.

No I meant when they have passed me or stopped.

Yes, I've found that once stopped, the driver of the truck becomes quite accessible. Most trucks, after trying to kill you, will stop somewhere nearby to make a delivery or buy a pie. I like to take this opportunity to have a chat with the driver face to face.

If you can wait until it's stopped to disable, them go get a proper valve key from a tyre place. They're small enough to keep in your pocket, and are really effective - for cars and trucks!

Just note that it won't help the driver/cyclist relationship if you're seen.

Decide what's worth it.

A FEW 50 MIL ROUNDS TO THE ENGINE SHOULD GET THEIR ATTENTION. :whistling:

there are a couple of things you could do. none of which you should do.

You will just be adding oil to the fire and antagonising truckers towards cyclists.
