Not the planet, I will leave that up to you. I will (and have) inform a rider if I see a potential problemwith his bike that could lead to problems and injury. Bottle cages situated to low and incorrect on a child's bike is looking for trouble. Fits nicely into the phrase "keeping it safe". But your sincere recommendation on writing a letter carries merrit. Spent plenty of money fixing things breaking all the time. I'm the only cyclist in our department of about 50 staff and every so often i get asked about these PnP, Makro bikes particulary around 94.7 and August time and always advise them to steer clear Caerus and slowpoke 2
