Off_da_brakes Posted October 17, 2013 Share The dhl handling fee is now R150. Shipment landed yesterday. I'd use the tracked service through parcelforce. What I've also noticed of late is that CRC ship from multiple locations so a single order may be sent in two parcels. Annoying if you choose DHL and then have to pay the handling fee for each parcel. So CRC sends it DHL, DHL wouldn't let me change to street address, only sender could do that, CRC wouldnt change because my Paypal address was the PO Box .... and so on. Filed a Paypal despute, eventually got a refund, parcel got returned what a waste of time ... I am in the same situation, but DHL just hold it at any of their depots and you can collect it. Your comment is pretty much due to your error, you chose DHL to a PO Box which will never happen because there is no one to sign for it. You should have chosen DHL to your home address else Parcel Force to your PO Box. This is not a CRC issue, but you error and you blame CRC for it....
