Wyatt Earp Posted December 2, 2013 Share What about the corrugations on the last bazillion ks of district road? always wandered how they feel on a rigid...? I will be honest, at that stage the hands are very sore and it was difficult to find a smooth line.

eddy Posted December 2, 2013 Share How is everyones training going? Training is useless unless you get the nutrition and rest parts right. I have been concentrating on the latter two........ JanJan
Thug Posted December 2, 2013 Share I still haven't decided whether I'm taking the SS down or the XC bike but I'm leaning towards the XC bike.

milky4130 Posted December 3, 2013 Share Going with gears. 1X10 on a hardtail. 36 on the front and 11-36 rear. I already know that I will be walking the hill I have never managed to ride but the rest should be fine. Will be a good test!!you must be talking about the hill everyone walks, yes everyone even the pro's do.

Jewbacca Posted December 18, 2013 Share My training is involving a moonboot, crutches and multiple fractures in my right ankle.... All booked but I may have to ride this year with gears... 2 months getting fat and unfit watching the leg whither away isnt ideal leading into this! Good luck almal... burty Posted December 18, 2013 Share Im also considering running Ikons front & back for better rolling or leaving ardent front & Ikon back combo for extra grip. 1st time so I suppose Im over assessing everything. Feeling undertrained ......
