Probably like your average day out at Tokai, but more fun cos of the atmosphere and the thrill of racing. Climbing to the trail heads, riding, chatting, etc... HAHA!! will there be any climbing involved, or is it more like DH2, Vasbyt, Mamba stuff out at tokai? lots of mamba at speed will help because most of the enduro routes will not go straight down like DH1,2 etc. but ride anything and everything, and ride alot.
