Despite all the complaints and negativity by sissy cyclists, I am excited about my first 94.7 race. Cleaned and taped up my car last night, cleaned and lubed my bike, check all my other riding gear, and just waiting for 12 to get out the office.

We will show you on Sunday what sissies we are, make sure your mommy waits for you on the N14 with some easter eggs.

honestly all the gripes about parking. park up at the mall and walk down, its FREE.

as for the Expo, it was rather disappointing. No problem with number collection, but where are all the big names in cycling?

Sram seemed to be a part of Solomons shop, or vice versa, ASG wes there with their new dual sus, Trigon and Giant had 3 or 4 bikes, but i cant honestly remember aanything else...

Too many sports drink and arb stands, and not enough cycling specific. Are they charging too much for exhibit space?

Where are the new 2014 bikes for us to drool over?

Thule was there as good as usual.

My highlight was leaving with a good salami...

Roll on Africa Cycle Fair 2014..

We travelled from Heilbron in the Free State to go and collect our numbers yesterday. We arrived there at 15h00 and were done collecting in half an hour. It was nice talking to fellow cyclist in the queues while we were waiting!

I am wondering if the people that “sees the glass half empty” instead of “the glass half full” are going to complain on Monday about the travic, parking, sun, wind and the time it took before the race starts.

This is all part of the proses and the entire cyclist will experience the same race of ± 94.7km!

No ,but I am going to complain about the word travic, again the S.A. schooling system let someone down, this time it was me.

They never taught me the word travic.

Edit

Or the word proses in this context.
