Guys…if they are bogus and frauds (which i won't know) and they take money and don't deliver (unjust enrichment) then thats totally against the law. On SARS homepage there is a "report fraud" link where you can sent SARS a tipoff and they investigate the matter. If they are legit and do real business then they will pay "real taxes" also and SARS will know, either way go report them if you feel its needed. I can tell you now..if somebody takes my cash and runs…it won't be the end of it and ill report them sooooo fast !! Hope you all get sorted on your purchases!

 

No question about that this is scam ... when it gets down to Western Union anyone can collect the money although you have to show some ID

 

But the law enforcement will only act if and when a/the crime has been committed, ie after then have ripped you off. Setting up to catch them, I don't think we are going to get any joy. I tried to get the cops in when someone was trying to pull a move like this over some computer equipment, the cops will only respond once the crime has been committed.

installation of LED lights will be implemented through two phases, with the

The benefit of this campaign is the reduction of the lighting load during

peak demand times, as well as the stimulation of the local energy efficient

I have just driven over 100km to come to the FNB in Kalkrand on the very bad roads (you know, these Chinese roadbuilders).

Unfortunately when I tried to pay the money into the account the very helpful young man at FNB says to me that the account number you gave me is for an account at FNB South Africa. He told me he cannot accept the money for a FNB SA account. You can imagine how disappointed I was.

In my email I asked you for an account at FNB Namibia, but now I see your email said FNB South Africa, OK, so we both made a mistake. How are we going to solve this problem?
