Louis Meintjes moves into race lead in Rwanda

Louis Meintjes turned what started out as a gloomy day for Team MTN-Qhubeka p/b Samsung into a joyous one after he won stage 3 of the Tour of Rwanda. Africa’s first Professional Continental team started the day in the yellow jersey with Jay Thomson.
