Getting a PHFatty is HIGH on my wish list... it'll have to wait though <_<  I've expanded stable with 3 new bikes already this year...

BUT.... I'd like to know, those of you with a PHFatty and using a stand up bikerack,( eg Thule Euroway) how/what have you done to secure the bike on your rack?

n+1 dude, n+1. Just buy one.

 

I have a Thule euro something 3 bike rack and place the Fatboy wheels between the inside & middle bike position. Then use a small tiedown per wheel. The inside bike arm holds the frame. The bike will lean in towards the car but seems to sit securely. I can then place a second bike on the outside position of the rack. 3 bike racks becomes a 2 bike rack but it does work

Now there is fat bike carbon frame available in china, like IPLAY Bicycles, Fat bike frame IP-010 with 100mm wide BB 190mm rear space(170mm space can be customized), IP-018 with 120mm wide BB 197mm rear space. both of them are for 12mm axle.

Curtis Inglis... the man knows how to build sexy bikes. Was on shortlist for a custom build together with Black Sheep and Naked.
