Glutamine with protein recovery drink post ride followed by healthy dinner (yes that means eating the green stuff with some chic/fish/steak) followed by good nights sleep. Check out the close sprint finish under CAT 4 u/16, Racetec would never have been able to do that. Also, finish line is the finish line, no more outsprinting your fellow riders to the mats. This weekend, wear both chips and see how your position change as your friends try and outrace you to the mats.
