I'm new to endomondo. But has anynody had a similar issue to this:

I use my tamagotchi(Ryder speedometer) as well as my phone with endomondo on it. Today I go out for a lekker long mtb ride, but at the end of the day the two show different distances. about 10km off. Endomondo showing 85 and tamagotchi showing 94.

I always check the two distances and compare, they have always been identical. but today its different.

They are both electronic so either are bound to have an error. My guessing is that it is the tamagotchi.

Anyone else have this problem?

I'm guessing both devices use gps to calculate distance and route done. Depending on weather and terrain, there are a number of things that can throw off a gps reading. It's possible that one of the devices lost signal and then interpolated between the last reading and first reading after gaining signal again. The only way to know if this is what happened is to go and look at the route that each device plotted. This is just one option that could have caused the discrepancy, I'm sure there are any number of other options out there as well.
