On a more serious note, can someone think up a system where we can publicise these clowns and their sites every time they pop up? The law isn't going to catch up with them too quickly and they know that. I have alerted Windhoek Pedal Power and Rock and Rut Club in Windhoek. Maybe also via twitter using @bicyclesafetysa?Some national structure?

And that he can act out these fraudulent schemes repeatedly with impunity makes all the hassle and expense of RICA and FICA a total joke. Not a very funny one either. I asked if I could view the bikes before making a final decision? first he sends me his company reg number etc telling me he can deliver to me via Globe flight, this was his response via email We are under:FEDCORP BUSINESS TRADECOMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER: 2009/021637/07INCOME TAX REFERENCE NUMBER: 9081469182 We can deliver to you at your desire destination via Globe Flight courier service and within 24-48 hours, you will receive the bike once your payment is confirmed and we accept payment via EFT AND CASH ON DEPOSIT. The bikes are all brand new and original. We can deliver to you at your desire destination on the basis you will make a %70 security deposit so when you receive the bike, you will then send us the balance payment of %30. after I again told him I want to view the bikes, this is his response We are actually located in Pietermaritzburg and we place advert on different provinces to get more buyers.
