Ok my bad I thought that was obvious, cause that is actually the first thing I did. Didn't really think of tubeless as an upgrade, more like a necessity.

Ah, well then you are golden....esi extra chunky is like lazee-boy for your hands....very comfy. I love mine

 

Best upgrade imo after that would be good set of TR tyres....if you don't have them already

Previous bike I converted to jagwire cable kit and it made a HUGE difference. Luckily the scott has internal cable routing ^_^

In an ideal world yes. That would be the way I would go. Built a bike for my son from a few bits that were lying around. I really enjoyed the process. Might do one for dad soon :thumbup:
