rouxtjie Posted April 16, 2014 Share Done Funny story....I am about to cancel my virgin active membership(premium nationwide membership)...think its about R600 a month. Asked my local gym(Belairs) when they will be getting power based indoor trainers in particular...wattbikes. The manager said to me not for a long time since my local gym has recently been refurbished and they are now last on the list ito getting new equipment...So I then asked him if they can get some of the wattbikes from the new club on the corner of william nicol and main since whenever I go there, they are always open(think they have about 8 of them)...I didn't expect him to kit out the whole spinning studio, just borrow 3 of them from the club where they clearly got the demographic wrong...again he said its a no-go. The regional managers apparently won't allow this....I was confused since I gave them a chance to retain a client but because of their own internal redtape, its not possible...
