My name is Renato. I am looking for a suitable male partner to win the inaugural Munga mountain bike race. Prospective ride candidates need to already have a super solid base and be currently training as if they will find a partner and want to win. They should be highly motivated for the event. Being able to do back to back 250km ride days at present will be a good thing.

Please respond to this post or mail me if you are interested. Thanks guys.

Ciao, Renato

Hola!, I fit all the criteria (apart from the little bits I blanked out).

You don't mention anything about the entry costs, so I'm guessing you got that covered.

Also, my leave schedule is looking a bit tight especially since december is a frikkend dog show and then I have to take mandatory leave after christmas when we shut down.

actually, let me talk to my boss first. because it might be a non starter until that's cleared up.

The R1200 pricetag for a 'maybe' is a heck of a lot better than R100,000 for a definite 'yes'...

no thanks. they put the *T's and C's apply up there, but don't actually state them. Might say that unless they sell 1000 of this tickets your non -refundable entry doesn't count.

I'd be more excited getting a fake cheque in the mail from Reader's digest than entering this.

Was at Babbas lodge the weekend and there Andre during his race briefing said Freddie pienaar is also gearing up for this. Seems normal 40+ ex pro's are also throwing their hats in

Who is Freddie Pienaar ?

I'm thinking Francois Pienaar is going with his lays laced training program to the max.

or maybe Ruan Pienaar thinks he can box kick his way from bloem to danie craven stadium.

but probably Fritz. reckon Andre would know.

Used to race lic elite way back as well as Lic Vets when I was there a few years ago. Pretoria people should know him.

Owner of Maniyak Cycles, raced licenced a few years back, raced Europe vrot (under various names apparently) ... as part of their club I've seen some of their training, sheesh it's rough. He's partnered with his old team mate Koos Laubscher.

Koos Laubscher, or Kosie Laubscher? If the latter... then
