I don't seem to be in the results. Very annoying. I did 3h30 in the 80km should be around 16th.

Looking forward to the road ride tomorrow. I hope it is not so cold.

Did you have a Racetec chip? No need to be a PPA member to have your results show on this race, but you'd have to wear a chip to reflect results on Racetec

I hated it, it was like a road ride most of the way and the singletrack was so bumpy my arms are still numb. Also in the route profile they said only 1350m vertical ascent, we ended up doing 1800m!

I think you are the only one out of 700 that didn't like it....oops

I am sorry to have missed my fifth one this year, I still rate it the best race in the Western Cape, purely cos you have the privilege to ride in the indigenous Knysna forest with its amazing smells and 1000 year old trees, thats what you go there for.

Road race was interesting, snapped chain fixed it and joined the front a bunch. Did not have big rjng for 100km. Massive crash involving a lady. Hope she is ok. Route is interesting and different, nice to be off n2. Was a very good test. In the end a 3:14 including the time spent fumbling with a quick link at the side of road. Great weekend of racing :)

80km was very good, very nice in the forest. A lot of mud made it fun, but I think if it rained it would have been a COMPLETELY different story! I also envy you guys with small frames (body and bike) when it comes to the hills. It's a shame there wasn't a "Buffalo" category, as it would have made my effort seem a lot better.

There was a lady in the MTB ride who had a terrible fall. She was unconscious. Does anyone know is she's okay?

I stopped and quickly had a look at her. She was a bit dazed but otherwise ok. Advised her to rather stay sitting down and flagged down passing safety marshall on a motorbike to tend to her. Saw her again just before we left the next water point when she arrived. I asked her again if she was ok and she assured me she was. I didn't see her again afterwards so I assume she was alright.

I didn't see het fall but her helmet carried a nice big dent, most likely prevented more severe injuries.

Didn't have a racetec chip, any idea if they will be releasing results from just normal timing. For the MTB event I'm talking about.

Its only timed by racetec. There is no normal timing.
