Does anybody know what the time gaps are between the different starting groups?

Just check the last email from Dryland, I think they will have 32Gi at the waterpoints, which might not be every rider's cup of tea.  They will have coke and fruit juices as well.

 

I never used 32GI but filled up my bottle at every WP last year and it worked pretty well.

It looks like 40 degrees on Thursday rain on Friday and then 32 on Saturday. Good luck to those with one bottle.

the water points are spread nicely but it could take you 1hr30 to get from 1 to other, at 165 heart rate, 40 degrees & climbing like a mother u could be in serious trouble. IMO 2 bottles, as jy dom wil wees moet jy suffer
