IM GOING FOR SUB 6;30

Think that is what I will be aiming for as well. Only have a B seeding though. Planning to start very conservative so maybe B would be good group to start................

And it is raining in Groot Brak so be prepared for a wet and possible muddy ride.

Ok rain is almost over, looks like it was a quick downpour. At least the dust will be sorted a bit.

Still raining buckets in George, nearly 10mil

But the kloof is quite far inland from here so i think they will have less water, maybe a slightly damp road tomorrow but i don't think it will be too muddy

Went out at 11am here in oudtshoorn for a 2 hour ride, was bone dry.

Recce'ed the route to take for tomorrow morning, 10km-30mins from accommodation to the start venue. Nice warmup, can go straight into the chute, anyone else want to join, will leave from PNp traffic lights about 5:40am

The wind in Groot Brak has died down completely and the river is as flat as the countryside in the Freestate. A nice day for racing with little sunshine is predicted.
