Follonica loaded for tomorrow 18h15

might be a tad early for me...will try. Still struggling with hurting Modders legs

Can someone give me guidance on how to enter the race?

Powerbeam set up question:

1. The paperwork that came with my powerbeam said the resistance unit should be tightened to 2 Clicks and the online video says 1 click.... there is quite a difference between 2 and 1 click

Which do you guys use? Yesterday I did a manual ride with 1 click and it felt good to me, 2 clicks I did not try but it seems to me that its really pressing into the tyre to much.

2. How do you submit a route for a potential race, I downloaded 2 rides direct from my garmin which now appear in my "training diary", how do I get them "certified" and available for a future race?

Think you have have to "upload to internet" for the course to be published. Not sure about the certified part. Sure the experts will help...

On mine, the 2nd click is less progressive than the 1st click, so the 2nd click almost feels like a secure movement rather than twice as tight...

Garf / Rouxtjie / anyone.....

Will we have to download the race route first (using a windows laptop) before starting the race, how much time before the race start do we need to logon and how does the start work i.e. how do you know when to start?

I use the windows pc version, and yes, as far as I know you have to download the route first. I normally logged on about 15/20 minutes before the race. Make sure you join the race via the "training" page and not the online race page. Once you are logged on and entered, it will do a countdown till start.
