Ok time to come clean, I just checked...I am still sitting at 70kg. also forgot to change it back. So no, in the land of the cheaters you still came out tops lol.

All just a case of one doping better than the other one, with a more sophisticated doping program.

Ai ai ai Rouxtjie the lengths you'll go to not to have to pay for my stuff *skudmykop*

hehehehe, ja bennie, tried vim for a while but it burns my nostrils.

To be honest though, looking at my avg speed, weight doesnt makes as much difference as I thought it would. Either you can gooi 350 watts for an hour(jorrie) or you can't(me)

When the whole race entry process has been done correctly.... :w00t:  do you get some sort of notification before the race starts that you are "in" , instead of sitting there blindly watching the clock count down?

As I have it, once the clock starts ticking down, you are in. Here is my order of things to do before a race.

1.Fill water bottle, get towel, get playlist ready on iphone, position fan and get into bibs and roadshoes

2.Make sure Wifi is working and ADSL is giving me proper speed on router

3.Take Ipad off charge, enable bluetooth and open virtual training app

4.Tap on online races...wait for races to load up(10 sec - 5 minutes)...little ipad wheel spinning on screen whilst waiting for races to load.

5.Tap on race I have previously registered for and want to participate in..it will say something along the line of "Race route downloading", takes about 10 seconds

6.Next screen will show all peripherals, I have three...wahoo BLE HR monitor / Speed and cadence sensor / Powerbeam pro. All three must be connected and show as active with a little green tick next to them. Speed and cadence sensor sometimes needs a but of fiddling due to me moving trainer around. a couple of spins of crank and backwheel activates it.

7.Calibrate powerbeam...this is still in the same peripherals screen. 120 seconds later and the powerbeam is calibrated.

8.Tap next in the peripherals screen...this should open up map / google earth view of the race showing everyone that is in the "lounge" already, waiting to race.

9.Clocks will sync and a countdown timer will appear on the screen. I normally enter with about 10 minutes to go...Dont go back or fiddle when you are here. Leave everything and warmup for 10 minutes or so.

10.Clocks hits 0:00....PRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP

Swiss looking at your profile and workouts you have done, there is no power numbers. might be the reason it didnt include you in the race.

Are you sure your powerbeam is reading powernumbers to your virtual training application...ie are the computer and powerbeam talking to each other

Eh? Where do u see my workouts and which ones does it show?

I have only done 1 using the powerbeam and app, that being yesterday at the same time as u chaps were racing..... i did a +/- 65 minute ride including  warm up and calibration before the start, then 45 minutes race (ITT  ) and then a cool down. All of this was recorded on my joule, but dont know if it was recorded anywhere on my app profile.

I dunno what the trainer or joule computer is reporting to the laptop. Does the ant+ usb have to be paired with anything like the RU, cadence sensor, hr strap etc has to be paired with the joule computer? I could not find anything in the sensor menu for the ant+ usb.

What data can u see from my ride yesterday, i.e. can u see HR and time?

EDIT: Changed 2 to 1
