Thanks. Was loads of fun. Will definitely try give Mongoose2 a go. But he is quite far out front. Gonna have to do some serious training to catch him.

Going to save my legs for next Tuesday. This new Kona kid makes me worry......

Finally after a back operation early Nov and another op early Jan I got on the bike for the first time in 3 months tonight!

Did the lighthouse route and went into that lonely dark place for most of the ride...still not feeling to well...

Finished with 270w avg so hopefully will give the goose a run for the money in a few weeks time ; )

I tend to have some sort of natural fitness, the annoying thing is I don't average that much higher when I'm fit :(

(I'm a natural luigat so don't ever get really fit :) )

I'm going to ask cycleops if they can add age categories to the virtual race set up procedure, the Vets start 10 minutes before the youngsters

we must still have a weighted race once a month again , that one worked well last time, much more competitve, and we all played lekke :whistling:

I think it is good for all. At least us "well developed" guys can stick a bit longer and these racing snakes get a run for their money.

I once averaged 270W. It was my most glorious 47 seconds on the bike ever.

Sounds like a line out of WOLF OF WALL STREET

"And then I screwed the life out of her,,,,,,for 11 seconds"
