One of the best scenes of any movie, period. When you have cubist art like Degas on screen, the characters are in 'abstract thought' and they come up with 'Oh, no we're deconstructing' and making offhand dimensional related comments, you know they are not making a kiddies animation :)

Degas was an IMPRESSIONIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JESUS!!!!!

AT LEAST GOOGLE (AND READ) WHAT YOU ARE COMMENTING ABOUT.

Jissus, bud, has someone lost his joy and sadness? But yes, I gave you the wrong impression... Humble apologies.

what did you think? I liked it...

Do be honest, I am going to have to watch it again. I wasn't paying too much attention...but it seemed the usual disjointed Tarantino fare. Not a big fan of his. Got Kill Bill and that Basterds film a couple of weeks ago and didn't enjoy them at all.

I will join you in mutual dislike of Kill Bill.

Tarantino...like Nolan...like Scorcese..like any director who has directed a great movie will have cult following and everything that follows will be highly rated even though its a steaming heap of poo....avatar that has been discussed here recently is a classic example - just because its a cameron movie it gets a much higher rating than it should. Personally, I really enjoyed Django and Kill Bill 2..and I'm not a Tarantino crazy fan as I dont really like his directing style

I see that The wolf of Wall street has a higher rating than the Kill Bill series...I thought that was a pile of poo...thank goodness we all have differing opinions else movies would be boring as beep

I thought Wolf was a great movie but I loathed the characters so much, it wasn't a fun movie and barely made it through. I think that was sort of the point though?

I have enjoyed most of Nolan's films, but would never put Inception anywhere close to Dark Knight. But The Prestige, which isn't as highly rated, I thought was magic.

And Tarantino's best was Reservoir Dogs. I tried Kill Bill and turned it over to something else after about 30mins...
