One of our riders chips was on his MTB which was in a truck being transported back from some stage race, so he need to buy a chip. No Racetec tent at the start   So hopefully he can send in his Strava time, he took some selfies with us and was caught on the Gopro so should be fine.

On a side note, we are looking for the F rider in UCT / Private client kit, he won the prize for making savage hurt the most today, so want to get him his prize. If anyone knows his name would be great, shot.

Was a lekker ride. started windless. but there was some headwind on the way back, nothing like last year though. Was quite confusing, you had very fast DC teams coming up from behind.

*edit* Picture was massive to start

yeh listen - you guys were amazingly strong. You basically sat on front the whole race. Pity about the rider who dropped up hels. I honestly thought we were going super slow up there. If I'd known I would gladly have helped him get back on

We also would have probably sat up a little if we had known he was off the back. He still managed a great 4;50. Think a warm up is essential before a start like that, I know my legs were hurting at the top.
