Why was my account deleted?

 

It was my only account, I received no warning points, no emails, no questions... no correspondence at all... and you are not answering my emails?

 

Thus I had to create this one so that I can ask the question.

Emails don't help, I forgot my password and couldn't retrieve it as I used my previous work email back in 2007 to sign up, unfortunately after numerous attempts I was forced to start over again.

I'll hit report, that normally works, they(mods/admin) don't sit on the hub waiting/checking emails, but reports seem to get results

That's quite harsh, maybe there was a server glitch, should be able to resuscitate your profile from a backup.

Please have some patience. Your first email regarding this issue was sent yesterday. While I make an effort to address all support emails as soon as possible, you cannot expect immediate response or resolution over weekends.

 

Your account was detected as a duplicate and flagged for further review. We've recently implemented an updated system and with the update a setting was reverted which disabled accounts upon detection.

 

Your account has not been deleted, merely suspended. I'll reinstate it shortly.

It might be that their is a Latent defect and that the Editing Edition Edgezucutator software has a viral glitch........just an educated assumption.

I dont have a problem with your response time. But If you just randomly delete accounts over the weekend, then expect questions over the weekend.

 

You could at least have sent me a PM: "hey, what are you doing?" or an email...
