WTF is up with Aramex? After they did not deliver last time, I made tripple sure everything is updated for delivery (they were not happy with the +27 in front of my phone number) and once again no delivery? It's a nice feature and I'd love to see it in action ... I'm busy as all hell and can't get away from the office to do a pickup

I have had a similar bad experience with Aramex.  With the Hakahana race they did not deliver my race pack in time, phoned me 3 days in a row and said they coming and confirmed all the details but never pitched.  Didn't select the option with the next race, but my race pack was delivered by them - strange, but was happy as I also don't have time to get away from the office

I think you can collect at registration on the morning before the race - saw something to that effect on the seeding mail received yesterday.  Alternatively mail Advendurance, I have had a query before and it was sorted out quickly by them

Yes is spoke to them and I will need to sort it out at registration before the race... Unfortunately I've already selected delivery for trailseeker 5 as well...

Received both my wife and my goody bags this morning (via Aramex). Envelope with race stickers in mine, nothing in my wife's. Looks like collection on the day still the best.

 

By the way, what is the elevation on the marathon? Seem to have missed the info!

I also can't find any info on the amount of climbing on the marathon. I saw 800m on the website, but I it doesn't look right to me.

All I can say is at the dualX a few weeks back they took us up a climb that was a concreted road and it was STEEP. but obviously we only do a short ride in that event so not sure how many other hills are in that area. Cant be worse than hakahana/gerotek?

Great race. But what the hec were they thinking having the route cross the exit. Seriously bad planning!
