So who is this Coppi, and where does the sudden outburst come from?

Coppi’s tantrum does seem a bit spoiltbratish, calling customers “idiots” and all that cool stuff, doubt that is how Conrad would react to be honest.

 

Owner/Dad/Conrad and his daughter give great service ????????

 

It’s the lightie that seems to be the common denominator on this thread, that’s 5 years old now.

Seems the more things change the more they stay the same.

 

Was hoping that the son would grow up and as he got older....

If looking for a great shop in Randpark Ridge area, try Cycles United, on short dirt road opposite Eagle Canyan entrance.

 

Have been through several LBS's and have to date had very good service from Sheldon (one of the few qualified to work on lefties etc).Super thorough and always willing to make a plan if you need your bike back by a certain time and very reasonably priced vs the likes of WRC

Not sure. As far as I know he first had a shop in Sundowner at the garage there

Yes he is, Jacques was running another business in sundowner so he rented there for a while before moving opposite Eagle Canyon.

He does all my work and +1 on the recommendation

I don't own a bike shop.............

I run my own business since 1991 very successfully in a totally different industry.............

In all sectors of industry customers and employees often have this know it all attitude and try tell you how to do things, it is very annoying................

Also been running my own businesses for last decade or so. Agree customers can be annoying BUT have also learned they are king and their complains are ignored at your own peril.

 

Remember without customers and employees you don’t have a business so in my view both need to be listened to and be treated with respect (as I’m sure you would like to be treated)

Please will you do me a favour and give your son a lesson in Customer Service and Manners.

 

He has such an atrocious attitude and really comes across as a total twat.

 

I went to the sore today and asked him if Shelby was available. He replies "No" and offers no further help. I then ask him if he knows when she or you might come into the shop and he replies "I wouldn't know". 

No offer to contact either of you and find out. No offer if he could possibly help assist me in your absence.

 

Seriously. It's not acceptable, and from this thread he's put quite a few members from ever returning to your store.

 

Would be great if you could follow up.

So we should not tell a company how to better their business so they can make more money we should open the same one and take their money? Is that your logic(or lack off)
