Surely if and when you found the entry you were looking for you should post that .Similarly with stuff for sale when a prospective buyer reacts a seller just disappears !What happened to good old manners ?

Been asking myself that too.Had two incident this week.1. Enquired about item ... seller made price ... I asked for bank details ... a week later and nothing.!2. Enquired about item via email and PM ... nothing.! There ... I feel better.! But I suppose the lack of response to your thread probably means that this isn't a big deal.

Have a look at all the checks and balances one has to do when selling your home just to make sure no one is screwing you out of your money(and these are educated attorneys!)
