I know the frames have a serial. But maybe a database of ownership can be started somewhere. hmmmmmmmm I am saying to much. I want part of this business venture. Where are the programmers?

This should be encouraged by all new and used bike sales. HOwever the idea of having a numberplate like the race numbers displayed is a great idea cause like in this case one would be able to track ownership by that number and then confirm if its stolen or not
