blondeonabike Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 I've had guys tell my hubby, "oh you lucky your wife rides" but the truth is once upon a time I never did, and my first ride I was fat, unfit and hated it. It is because hubby was a gem, and was so patient that I stuck with it long enough to get hooked. He made me feel like a rock star after I finished my first 10km ride. In every non-riding partner there is the potential, for an awesome riding buddy.

WIPEOUT 1000 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 My wife does not ride, and I have no problem with it. She does routinely remind me about what I spend on cycling, but, she also looks after the kids when I'm riding and she's my ICE number.

Tired of it. haha you better hope I dont decide to tell her that next time we line up next to each other at a race
