There's a slower group as well, we normally do it in about 55mins, can't race with the big boys. Yet... I saw what looked like a metro escort at the beginning is that what you're talking about?It's marshals on motorbikes. They ride out in front, then make sure it's safe then close the intersections for us. It's only for about 15-30 seconds so the traffic doesn't get obstructed for to long. Also it it's not safe to cross they warn us to slow down and stop till it's either safe or the light changes
