That long stretch between Calvinia and the poort at the south end of the Ceres Karoo is very much dirt. (Its the longest stretch of road between two towns in South Africa - driven there lots of times). There are short stretches of tar between the Karoo and Ceres, then its tar to Wellington.

River Rat Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 Slowbee the problem I have is that the update is out of sync by about 3-6 minutes which could be 2-3 kms, confusion in the midst of the tension.
