BarHugger Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 Could one possibly be more happy an proud for an individual.....John is now an absolute legend in the world of MTB....my money is not safe anymore....but I can't contain my joy and happiness for this man.We all focused so much on GU that we completely forgot the others.....CVZ rode an incredible race for the first half.....let's not forget that....then we completely overlook the likes of LE and VR.....all these guys are equally as tough as the next guy....as for the ladies.....I sincerely hope that Hanlie can do something.....I doubt it however For me the rider of the race award has to go to Hanele Steyn.....140 km's extra distance covered and sitting where she is now.....add that to her current distance and she would almost be home.....that to me has been the most incredible ride of the Munga.....

This live tracking has added a great new dynamic to the race, sucking us in and compelling us to watch....great stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed it. PSS. Stretch is right, the lack of corporates is a welcoming change.
