Bad news... looks like I might have been scammed... user Love2cycle had advertised an SRAM XO ten speed rear derailleur for sale. I got chatting to him over email. He seemed legit. I paid. I must say and yes I know it's not a cycloX bike but when I built this I was just gonna use it when we were away on camping holidays but I find myself riding it every now and then just for the fun of it. The 105 RD I used didn't last long .... maybe I was just a bit ham fisted with the shifting but anyway I have now replaced it with an XT and so far so good! Those takkies are what I think I would like to roll on. What weight is your ride? My mtb I'd fully rigid with very thin tyres, so my biggest benefit would be the weight difference.
