Southern suburbs mountain bike servicing

Hi,

 

Please can I get recommendations for good general service mechanics (mountain bikes) in Cape Town's southern suburbs?

 

When I was last there Mark from Crowne was great. Is he still there/on form and/or are there other recommendations?

 

I'll be based in Kalk Bay, but don't mind travelling if the mechanic is worth it :-)

Epic Bike Shop is the best....  Other bike shop use cheap & unprofessional mechanic.. They waste your time to come back with same problem....

Well, It happened to me,

Cyclelab mechanic damaged my wheel axle by using hammer to remove it. Ominico picked it up.

Trail and Tar can't get my wheels straight, 3 trips waste of time. Epic got it straight..  

Bridgetown Cycles can't sort out my gears...

Freewheel Cycology can't get the bike right before stage races, so Epic sorted it out last mins.

Olympic Cycles put me off because when I asked them to order KCNC stem for me and they told me it will take 2/3 days to get it. KCNC agent office is not even 10km away...

There will be a lot more satisfied with Trail & Tar than not.

And to say there is only one shop in CT with professional mechanics is, again, crap.
