Rave - Buycycle

I know it's Friday and I should be looking for a fight, but I need to rave about the service I received from Buycycle.

 

Short version - bought 2 pairs of MTB shorts but they were too big. Contacted Buycycle and they arranged a swop for a smaller size. Cost me nothing and 3 days turnaround time from sending shorts back to receiving new ones.

 

Thanks Reuben and Martin for the great service. I will be back.

Good to hear. Must say, Buycycle generally receives very mixed reviews. 

Must admit , I had the polar opposite experience with buycycle, will probably never bother with them again.
