Its probably best to take the LBS "offer" for a quick and clean disposal.... otherwise wait for the peak cycling season (i.e. when everyone starts thinking about Argus and 94.7) and then try sell privately....but then you have to field a million questions

You will be severely ripped off. its a bike just a fair price, i would take a knock rather just saying DEAL take it, rather than sit watching your account because "the money has been transfered"

Uni Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 I think OP means Trade in as in takes a chunk off the price of a new bike rather than cash. However for the others in JHBI contacted this guy when I wanted to sell my bike, of course price is lower than a straight out sale but less hassle ( ended up selling on hub though)http://www.secondhandbicycles.co.za
