Easy it's bragging about breaking the law(poor taste)

Another scenario a guy posts, I was horny so I raped a woman lol ( really poor taste) some "jokes" STOOOOPID statements MUST JUST NOT BE SAID

And people in those sorts of positions should know more than others they are been followed and some people who follow them are clients

So huge impact on a client who might be a CEO who cycles???

Saw that, I think in the uk I wouldn't even walk carrying a cycling helmet, the public HATE THEM

This is quite the opposite. I never experienced the general public being like that when I lived and commuted there on my bike. Different kettle of fish here though....[emoji15]

People get emotional and threaten, but they don't act on it, he said he thinks he hit a cyclist and carried on, that's admitting to breaking the law and not threatening to break the law,

How do you "think" you hit a cyclist unless you driving a 30 ton truck, either you know or you lying to yourself

If he thought he did he made a choice to carry on regardless so if he knew he still would have carried on

I'm sure he did hit someone thought he would cover his sad ass by posting maybe/possibly and someone told him to remove his tasteless post but it was to late

To Fire him was not necessary really.

The company should have booked him a relaxing R&R vacation for about a month in that nice prison they have in Zimbabwe somewhere.

He could then also tweeted about his experience there.  :whistling:

Unless I was walking next to "Sir" Bradley Wiggins :whistling:

Agreed too....how the EFF can he say he thinks he hit a cyclist!!!!!! The man is in full flight from reality if he tries to worm his way out of that situation.....

I am just glad I grew up for the most past with out all this technology.

Because all the stupid things I did and said as a kid did not end up as a Facebook/YouTube/Twitter/etc.... post...

Kids of today post everything and anything....

The problem is, go get a job now a days, first thing they do is check social media to see what type of person you are and posts you make...

No thanks... besides for a commercial gain all your accounts being tracked by these companies and your statistics being flogged everywhere... I am not interested in being on these sites.

I am surprised nobody has come forward to say they were hit.

A lot of chancers out there, might even go get themselves hit just to try make some cash ;)

Eventually trust me if not already there will be a few lining up to "claim" damages

Could also be why he was fired, if he was on clock the company is responsible for his actions, on the way to work could mean from a client on the way back to work

I would have fired him.  If he is dumb enough to make a public joke like he is obviously too dumb to be a stockbroker - especially knowing the effect one speech can have on the markets.
