For a tender due Feb. 1 I am looking for a civil engineer with advanced qualifications and experience in planning, design and building of Non-Motorized Transport (NMT) infrastructure (bicycle lanes). Knowledge of the legal, technical and financial framework of South African municipalities as well as demonstrated experience in transport projects and infrastructure-related financial and economic analysis is an asset.The ideal candidate shall also have experience in working with development partners and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) regarding their project evaluation and financing criteria.Strong ability to read and write in English will also be required.
