Yep. Lekker oke. And when he's fit, he kills EVERYONE on the climbs. And the downs.

Always happy to lend  a hand. He has my bike atm cos I'm just too slapgat to do my own bleed on the brakes, and I'm out of fluid. Time is an issue atm. But I also went in there to wile away some time this pm.

Plus - I always come away surprised at how many people just don't maintain their bikes! The amount of bikes that come in with badly, badly worn stanchions and shocks is just awe inspiring.

Dipslick and Wayne, bought me a surprise timepiece for my birthday the one year.

Escapee, Vetseun, Travis and Fabes always being there and always willing to help outside of The Hub.

Eddy, you know why and I am forever grateful.

Bogus for just being a real standup guy.

Derf, I can't say enough .

Carpet and Nathrix for all their efforts working on BicyclesafetySA.

All those who got involved with Jacques last year .

These are just a few that stand out .

I'd just like to say thanks to a Hubber that once liked a funny post I made. He didn't have to, but he did. There are still good people out there.

I liked it just so the praise would be about me ;)

You can have a thumbs up as well, do I get extra brownie points? ;)

Have to agree with this thread, there really are some great folks on this forum. I've been the beneficiary of hydraulic brakes, seat and pedals.

All from different Hubbers, all for free. And always some good advice.

Met Wyatt Earp and a couple other hubber's (Carpet, Barhugger... can't remember the other names, but you know who you are) at the Hub Ride last weekend, what cool people.

Wyatt doesn't look as old as he's internet voice may sound. I expected to meet a 'Grand Topi' but I was quite surprised...

And you Mr Potgieter, all your posts and contributions got me off my anti depressants. If it was not for you my kids would not have a father.

You are without a doubt my hero. I always mention your name and quote your posts at functions.

Thank you Lord for Wayne Portgieter.
