Dazshell Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I'm putting a rave out for Solomon's Durban. I usually do all my own minor services myslef but decided to take my bike in for a long overdue, major service. 300 buckaroos and what a great job they did. I knew the headset bearings were shot and asked them to replace those and to check the BB30 bearings too as they were making a creaking noise. Turns out the one had totally seized. Replaced those too and fitted new bar tape. Final bill, R759.00. That's less than some places charge just for the service! Mike the mechanic is a master. Nice to not feel ripped-off for a change.
