Sounds like you had something like a stitch in your one side

Normally people get them from exercise like running etc....diaphragm ligament pain

I've had a stitch on a few occasions that was so severe I could feel a pain in my side for weeks.

Maybe it is related, did u do something recently which could cause some sort of diaphragm distress?

GO TO YOUR DOCTOR

I have suffered from both a Kidney Stone (later peed out, not funny ) and a twisted colon (one major symptom is constipation, also not funny).

Go to a doctor though and dont wait for it get worse.

Good Luck!

Maybe not a "stitch" from common form of exercise but something similar from the "goings on" while on the loo? Dont want to know what exactly you were doing (just a number will suffice) but I guess it could be related.

Like BoB said if its still worrying you check with your Doc

Appendicitis probably won't show on so early and MRI - just watch it - if it continues/gets worse, and you can feel pain/swelling on palpation (pressing it) then head for your favorite ER rather than wait.

Small hernia might also enlarge a little and give you a similar pain too - hard to tell without an ultrasound

This might also relate to the tabs you are taking... you know the ones... stop those please immediately.
