All three distances will start in the beautiful village of Philadelphia heading towards the first climb on the farm Kerkplaas. From there the route goes into the beautiful Uitkyk valley, surrounded by vineyards. Crossing rivers and farmlands, the medium and short routes will turn back towards Philadelphia while the long route will continue towards Klipheuwel, turning at Inhoek before returning via Remhoogte and Swellengift. Skubarra Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 875m of climbing? Not a lot for a 65km mtb race and it seems most of it is in the first few km's Seems the best strategy will be to go balls to the wall from start to finish?
