The race routs' change from year to year to give the rider a challenging, versatile and balanced route, usually between 75 to 110 km per day and the big challenge is to finish and within the time limit. Additionally Hot Epic Israel offers a one day marathon in 3 distances – short, medium and long. This exciting one day marathon event occurs on the last day of the 3 day tour and combined with the new "finishers", their families and supporters, bring Hot Epic Israel to its peak joy and rewarding moments. The race village, in which the competitors will stay for the 3 days is located in kibbutz Dalia (2015). It has all the facilities for both the basic and luxurious needs of the riders during the 3 day event. The race is FULL BOARD; the registration package includes full nutrition support – meals off the bike together with professional race nutrition package. The race village offers several accommodation options so every rider can chose the one that is right for him. HOT Epic Israel is a memorial event for Giora Tsachor who died in an accident during one of his morning rides. I can only guess what they were, since I've seen what the name "Israel" can do to small-minded fools who can't stop themselves from being assholes in public. I can't imagine being Israeli or Jewish and having to live in fear of people's reactions every single goddamn time I say who I am.I posted this event for an Italian friend who's working on it, and I plan on going if I can scrape the money together.
