If they've got cutouts like the Spez ones you'll probably run into trouble, but if they're solid a layer of gaffer tape will do the job. You'll need to do one either side since you don't get tape wide enough, but it's an easy enough job.

Gornilla Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Buy 18" motorcycle inner tube slit and stretch over the rim (getto style). Bomb proof just build up rim close to edge of the rim to stop the tyre from slipping into the middle of the rim.
